The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and efficient. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail like a separate tub and shower. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

No room for improvement, everything was perfect.

The doormen and valet men were not accommodating and rude, even preferring the locals coming to park their cars.

Our room at Andaz was beautifully designed - modern, simple, and practical. We loved the separate powder room and spacious bathroom with a walk-in wardrobe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location next to the subway station was super convenient. The kids had a blast at the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the 24-hour gym was a bonus. The staff, from the receptionist to the in-room services, were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. our family had a fantastic experience at Andaz and definitely plan to return when we visit Seoul and Gungam again.

The shower temperature in my room was a bit of an issue as the middle knob was set too hot. It required turning the knob all the way to the right to achieve a lukewarm temperature.
